Refund/Exchange Policy

Online ONLY Refund policy:

While we do our best to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary for online transactions. We offer a 14-day full-refund or exchange policy for any unworn items bought online (see exceptions below). Customer is responsible for return shipping & insurance, refunds could take up to 7 business to be processed after we receive them.
Returned or exchanged product must be in new condition as received and in the original box and/or packaging.

Items that DO NOT qualify for refund or exchange:

  • Special orders
  • Out of stock items (You will be contacted if an item is out of stock)
  • Any jewellery that had been sized, worn, engraved or altered in any way.
  • Body Jewellery
  • Custom-made jewellery.

The return of any merchandise shall be at the discretion of Legacy Jewellers.

 

In-Store return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for an IN-STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE up to 30 days from the date of purchase.


Exchanged products must be in new condition as received and in the original box and/or packaging.
